Howard M. Rudolph

Howard M. Rudolph, senior partner of Rudolph & Associates LLC, is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law with an emphasis on complex divorce litigation.

Howard Rudolph is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is named in Florida’s Legal Elite. Howard sites on several Family Law Section committees. He has been selected as a Florida Super Lawyer ten times, from 2007 – 2009, 2013 – 2019. Howard lectures on family law topics and is an active member in the community. He is a board member of Palm Beach County’s ‘Friends of Abused Children, Inc. Guardian Ad litem program, Patron of the South Florida Science Museum, The Norton Museum of Art, and Corporate Sponsor of the Max Planck Exhibit at the South Florida Science Museum. Howard Rudolph is an active support of the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, The Caron Foundation, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and Adopt-A-Family of the Palm Beaches, Opportunity, Inc. Howard represents high net worth clients, numerous professional athletes, and members of the entertainment industry in their paternity, child support, and divorce matters.

Howard is Board Certified in marital and family law. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubble. He is named Florida’s legal elite and sits on several family law section committees. Howard is a member of the Inns of Court serving as executive counsel.

Howard Rudolph is active in his community. He supports Adopt-A-Family of the Palm Beaches, Friends of Abused Children, South Florida Science Museum, Guardian Ad Litem program, and The Junior League of the Palm Beaches. Howard also supports the Town of Palm Beach Police and Fire Department.

Howard Rudolph also serves as a member on the College of Charleston, Parent Advisory Board. Howard is an avid sportsman who loves paddle boarding, watersports, and hiking. He spends his free time with his wife of 26 years, their three sons, and man’s best friend, his yellow lab named, Prissy.

Jaclyn Soroka

Marital and Family Law

Jaclyn Soroka, partner of Rudolph & Associates LLC, has experience in many areas of law including Divorce, Family Law, Marital Law, Post/Prenuptial Agreements, Child Support & Custody, Domestic Relations, and Relocation.

Jaclyn Soroka is a member of numerous associations, the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association, Palm Beach County Chapter of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, and the Susan Greenberg Family Law American Inns of Court of the Palm Beaches. Prior to devoting her career to the practice of marital and family law, Jaclyn served as a felony Assistant Public Defender in the 11th Judicial Circuit, Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s Office. During her service as an Assistant Public Defender, she tried in excess of 100 jury and non-jury trials, including capital crimes. While in law school, Jaclyn interned in the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida Family Court with the Honorable Amy Steele Donner; she was selected as a Florida Bar Fellow during the summer of 2008 where she worked with the National Non-Profit Organization, Lawyers for Children America, and completed her Certified Legal Internship Program, interning with the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s Office in the Juvenile Court Division; Florida Bar – Membership Committee, Legislative Committee, Equitable Distribution Committee, Children’s Issues Committee, CLE Committee, Sponsorship Committee. In 2018, Jaclyn received the  40 Under 40 Outstanding Lawyers of South Florida award by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Marci Finkelstein

Marital and Family Law

Marci Finkelstein has been practicing law for more than 20 years. She has practiced in the area of family and matrimonial litigation since 2008 handling high net worth and complex dissolution matters. She began her career as a clerk in the Superior Court, Judicial District of Stamford/Norwalk for the Honorable John F. Kavanewsky, Jr. Prior to joining Rudolph & Associates, LLC, Marci practiced at a high end matrimonial firm in Stamford, Connecticut for 15 years.

Marci Finkelstein has had several articles published in the Florida Bar Family Law Section Commentator. Marci is a member of the Susan Greenberg Family Law American Inns of Court of the Palm Beaches, the Florida Bar Association, Family law Section, Palm Beach County Bar Association, Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Connecticut Bar Association, Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, and the Fairfield County Bar Association. Marci was elected as a New England Super Lawyers Rising Star in Family Law in 2011 and 2012. She was recognized as Connecticut Magazines Top Attorneys and served as co-chair of the Family Law Section of the Fairfield County Bar Association in 2013. 
Marci has dedicated her practice of family law to providing both outstanding legal advocacy and emotional support to her clients.

Denise Desmond

Denise Desmond is a seasoned family law and appellate attorney, as well as a certified mediator. With 30 years of experience, she has successfully handled or worked on hundreds of family law cases – many very complex and high profile.

Denise Desmond has been an AV rated attorney with Martindale-Hubble for over 20 years and she was named one of America’s Most Outstanding Lawyers in 2004. Denise appeared on Court TV as co-counsel in a high profile watercraft personal injury litigation case. In 2012 she was named as a top legal leader in the family law section of the Wall Street Journal’s Legal Leaders South Florida Publication and was named a top legal leader again in 2015 in the categories of appellate law, general law and family law. In 2019 Denise was named an Outstanding Lawyer.

Denise is dedicated to providing outstanding legal service to each and every one of her clients, while at the same time emotionally supporting them through the difficulties of ending their marriage or partnership or modifying a previous dissolution judgment.

Amanda McCoy

Amanda McCoy has experience in numerous areas of law including family & marital law, social security disability, personal injury, intellectual property, business law, and estate planning.

Affiliations and Accreditations

Amanda McCoy has worked in the FIU Small Business Clinic, and as a legal extern with the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County in their Coverage to Care program. Amanda spent time with Legal Aid, fighting to help individuals overcome barriers to healthcare. She ultimately transitioned to Family and Marital Law as this unique area of law encompasses her legal knowledge of different areas of law, and allows her to fight passionately to help clients navigate complicated marital and family issues. Amanda possesses extensive legal knowledge, keen insight, and a tireless commitment to advocating for her clients.
