Affiliations and Accreditations
Kayla Di Scala is a member of the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division, the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), the New York City Bar Association’s Personal Income Taxation Committee, the New York County Lawyers Association (NYCLA), and the New Jersey Bar Association. Prior to practicing marital and family law, Kayla served the financial services industry by consulting domestic and foreign financial institutions and withholding agents on their due diligence, information reporting, and tax withholding obligations. While in law school, Kayla interned in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York for the Honorable Katharine H. Parker and in the New York State Supreme Court, Civil Term for the Honorable Joan A. Madden. Kayla also interned for the Securities Arbitration Clinic where she represented retail investors who lodged complaints against their brokers for misconduct.
