Tiffany Lynn Barry is the newest member of the team!
Tiffany Lynn Barry, Esquire, is an attorney with perpetual drive and an exceptional background. She is an excellent addition to Rudolph & Associates. She specializes in Family and Matrimonial Law, including, but not limited to Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Alimony, Modification Proceedings and Dependency Proceedings.
Background & Education
Tiffany attended Florida Atlantic University’s Wilkes Honors College. She earned a B.A. with a concentration in Political Science in 2003. She then studied at Florida International University College of Law, receiving her Juris Doctorate in 2008.
Since her first year of law school, Tiffany has volunteered on and off as a Guardian ad Litem representing the best interest of the children involved in the dependency/foster care system, and acting as an outreach volunteer. This has given Tiffany a unique perspective and experience in maneuvering the dependency system.
Tiffany was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2008, and The Southern District of Florida Federal Bar in 2012. Her professional associations include Palm Beach County Bar Association, the
Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, and the Susan Greenberg Family Law American Inn of Court of the Palm Beaches.
Caring About Each Case
Prior to joining Rudolph & Associates, Tiffany worked as an associate and then a partner in a small North Palm Beach, Florida office where her portion of the practice was primarily family law. Immediately preceding becoming a part of the Rudolph & Associates family, Tiffany worked as a sole practitioner almost exclusively in family law. While representing clients with a firm and strong legal approach, Tiffany still has a proven track record of assisting families in resolving their difficult disputes through negotiation and cooperation where possible. This allows families to maintain some control over the outcomes of their cases.
Involved in the Community
Community involvement is extremely important to Tiffany. She is involved with many organizations in the community, from the Palm Beach County Women’s Chamber of Commerce to the Guardian ad Litem Program of Palm Beach County, and she is even a Sunfest Committee Volunteer.
